Hi All,
I probably should have introduced myself before posting a question but I was an eager beaver and jumped ahead of myself. I am an Ausamerican - or a dualie as we say in Australia. I am an Australian living in the US and I just recently became a US citizen too. I love to cook but don't do it as often or with as much creativity as I used to because I have two young sons (3 and 1), a husband who only likes bland foods, and I work full-time. My mother was a home economics teacher so I have been cooking probably since before I could walk and talk!
Anyway, nice to meet you all. I posted a question in the terms and techniques forum that hopefully you experts will be able to answer for me (several questions actually).
Cheers.
