I didn't know whether to answer someone's post or start a new one, so I decided to start one. Just wanted to say Hello, and I'm really glad I found this sight. I found it by searching for milk-less cornbread. I found some great ideas about using soy milk instead of regular milk. I have been a southern cook all my life. Now I am learning to use spices and flavorings instead of bacon to season my food. HA! I am a diabetic, and look forward to learning from everyone here.
