Save money and do the same with a rib eye...........the guys voice made me a homphobe.

The guy was using Kobe beef, my point was if you want to duplicate the tenderness, moisture and flavor a rib eye would be a better and cheaper option to a choice flat iron. You won't find a flat iron with that much marbling.
