I'm smoking a turkey for thanksgiving. I don't wanna stuff the bird, but the family wants stuffing (I guess technically dressing in this case). I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe to share?

She does half corn bread , half biscut. Add celery, onion, salt pepper, boiled eggs, some giblets, sage, and some chicken . Use chicken stock from boiling chicke to moisten. Put in pan and bake till edges pull away and top is nice and brown. For me, the middle should still be real moist, but hold together. YUMMMMMMMY
