I threw this together tonight and it was really good. Next time I think I'll try it on an Italian Blend of greens for the spicy tang of the radichio

About equal parts of Dijon Mustard and Honey.......a little kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper......drizzle in extra virgin olive oil

This sounds like a dressing I make all the time. It is wonderful on anything from salads to veggies to grilled meat.

1/4 c Balsamic vinegar (good quality, please)
3 tb Mustard (honey dijon, porter, raspberry, spicy - any kind will work and you can vary depending on the end result you want)
1 ts honey
Fresh cracked pepper to taste

Mix all together thoroughly.

Have you ever tried a mustard called Honeycup...uniquely sharp mustard?..its amazing...mix it w/some mayo and you have a great honey mustard dressing. This mustard is also great on sandwiches..especially turkey and brie.

Hey Chez............no I haven't seen that one before.....I'll have to keep my eye out for it. I love the honey mustard sauce that Arby's uses on their Chicken Bacon & Swiss Sandwiches......wish I could figure that one out.
