Wow! It was one HOT motheroo here yesterday. It got up to 100*! Good thing I cut the grass in the morning while it was only 93*.
I almost didn't have to light the propane burner to boil the crawfish. I did anyway starting around 5:00 in the afternoon when it seemed to be not as humid also.
So, I used the usual seasoning and veggies and a bunch of lemons.
Done and soaking up some of those wonderful flavors
These were some BIG crawfish! Some were 10-11 inches long from tail to claw tips. Average was about 7-8 inches long.
I should have taken a picture of one after I peeled it, it looked like a mini lobster. These were the best we've had this year!
Today's HOT cook will be a rack of BB ribs and pork chops. I hope it's cooler than yesterday!
