Hot Fudge Cake
HOT FUDGE CAKE
1 c. self-rising flour
1 3/4 c. sugar (divide)
4 tbsp. cocoa (divide)
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. hot water
Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla. Pour batter in a 9 inch pan. Combine 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa and salt. Sprinkle over batter. Pour water over all. Do not stir. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Send completed recipe to Ray Taylor, packed well and on dry ice for shipping.
