i really like it. try make them at home.
i want to try making sourdough version of it as well, but i failed with the sourdough preparation.

the zaatar or ezov in hebrew has been mentioned 10 times in the bible and had a purifying attributes.....

along with the oil it is very tasty but too fatty

in the winter we have fresh version too but it's hard to pick the leafs from the stems.
the fresh can be much tastier tho if prepared well..
