We have used this marinade several times lately and have been very very pleased with it. Love to share it with you. It can be used on 2 lbs. of beef, lamb, pork or poultry.
Island Marinade
2/3 cup pineapple juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 TB packed dark brown sugar
2 TB cider vinegar
1 TB turmeric
1/2 tsp each ground coriander, cayenne, cardamom and cumin
