Well, today marked the end of our 6th year in the Roadside BBQ Business. Last week-end and today were record breakers for daily sales and most of it was pre-orders and big pick-ups. Last week-end I cooked 225 lbs of brisket, 60 or so lbs of pork, 18 yardbirds and and 24 loin backs. A really good day. Today was much lower, but still good. 70 lbs of brisket 65 lbs of butts and 30 racks. Daybreak was pretty so I ran home to get the camera, but cloud cover had taken over by the time I returned. Figured I'd take a few pics of my setup in case any of you besides Hilbilly are planning this type of venture. Butts had already been pulled and brisket was in the holding box foiled, so did not take any pics of either. Do have a few of the ribs and a couple meals a month or so ago. Today I was completly sold out by 3:00 and closed early. A Great end to a Great season.
