i'm 20 years old , canadian from quebec
i work in a Sushi restaurant as a Sushi-chef for about 4 1/2 years now, but i really love other asian food in general (and also other food in general) but i really like the preparation and the stuff asian
to be more precise i love how they cook and prepare : La mian (hand pulled noodles.... if someone can show me a recipe the most perfect it would be very appreciate hehehe ;P), steamed buns, dim sum, sushi, sticky rice and all the other stuff that is different of all the countries
i'm here to learn alot of new recipes
i guess i miss some informations but if you have questions , just ask and i'll answer
and if you want to know how to do sushi (but i'm sure that plenty of people here are able) i can help it will be a pleasure
