I've got ribs on now and the bacon and hocks in the smokehouse...life is good...no yard work today...I might fire up the hot rod mower and do the grass
Ribs are done…This was my “command” center for todays cook…not pictured was the stocked cooler…from this vantage point I was able to control both the small offset and the smokehouse….Ribs are done and the bacon is still going…and looking good..
