If anyone ever travels to Monterrey, Mexico, and loves meat, I recommend El Gaucho. It is an Argentinian style restaurant with excellent steaks. Best cuts are the ribeye and something called churasco (no idea what cut of meat it is but its huge). There are some really delicious salsas and a vinegar-like sauce with abundant herbs and chillies called chimichurri, that is poured over the meat. Really delicious. But you have to like meat, because not much vegetarian on the menu, except for the salad, which is also good. Flan for dessert or platanos flameados (flamed bananas). A little bit pricey, but outside of the states you need to look for quality.
