Taught my grandsons to make oven-roasted, stuffed antelope burgers, fortified with 1 egg per pound of ground meat, and flavored with pepper, steak sauce, garlic, and pepper. The stuffing is a mixture of 2 different brands of blue cheese crumbles, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream cheese, all blended together. Sides are buttered/herbed angel hair, pasta, and confetti corn. The burgers came out perfect. It was both boy's first cooking adventure. The formed, and assembled the patties. I showed them how, and they were naturals at it. I did the seasoning, and made the cheese blend. They put the stuffed burgers onto a foil-lined cookie sheet, and into the oven. I showed them how to set the temp, and time. I'm so proud of hem. Mom won't have to cook when she gets home from work. Now, if they were as good at clean up[emoji38].

It's so fun to hear about your adventures with your kids and grandkids [emoji813] How old are these boys?
So, how are you enjoying the new air fryer? Do you like the way the food turns out?I cooked frozen fish filets for sandwiches and steak fries in the air fryer with a small garden salad alongside. Macerated strawberries with crumbled biscuits and whipped cream for dessert.

I like it a lot. The food does come out nice and crispy, and I like the other settings it has, too. For example, there's a toast setting where you tell it how many slices you're making and how dark you want them. It retains the options every time you make toast, and it counts down the time so you know when you need to have your eggs ready [emoji16]So, how are you enjoying the new air fryer? This sounds like a perfect meal when it's hot and horrible outside. It actually sounds pretty darned good any time.
