Saturday the wife and the kids were gone so I had some me time for once. Last week our local Ralph’s had baby backs on sale for .99 a pound so my wife picked up 4 racks for me. I left one in the fridge for grilling this weekend and froze the other three. I seasoned it with Slap Ya Momma and a little brown sugar and cooked it high heat on the Chaney. I also made a batch of crashed potatoes seasoned with a little evoo, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, then just as the top was turning golden brown, I threw some cheese on top. I also found a can of black beans in the garage that I jacked up with some Ass Blaster hot sauce. Once I was done eating I hunkered down with a cold brew and watched movies...ahhhhhh.
