Looking at a few indoor smokers, came across this one. I didn't care much for the flat pans with the slide on lids. Besides this one being an eye catching beauty the domed lid sold me.
Has anyone used this model or any indoor smoker? Do they work as well as an outdoor unit would?
I'm looking to downgrade just a little bit. The large outdoor smoker, gas and weber grill can be a hassle to use for smoking smaller portions.
