Feeling ambitious today so I mixed up some fresh pasta dough. I made a double batch so I have a piece to freeze for another day.
I also have a pot full of Shredded Beef Ragu simmering away. A Giada Di Laurentiis recipe. It's really good stuff.
A glass of red wine will round out the meal.
