Having a grilled steak, twice baked potatoes, deviled tomatoes and rum flambeed mushrooms, homemade rolls and green salad. I plan to pour the mushrooms over the steak.Trim the stems on one lb. of fresh mushrooms. Melt 6 Tab/ butteradd 1 tea. fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste Heat and add mushrooms.Saute til browned Drain and pour 3 Tab. of light rum over mushrooms ignite, when flame dies down stir in 1/2 cup of heavy cream heated. You can serve this as a veggie or pour over your grilled meat as a sauce.
