There was a lot of fresh seafood at the Saturday market and I thought paella. The first pic is before it went on the Big Green Egg. It has local shrimp, local scallops, local clams, Spanish chorizo and pork and chicken from I don't know where. The veggies were rice, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, peas, and garlic. The second pic is after 30 minutes on the Egg at 400*.

Looks good. Can South Texicans get the rice on the side please? Gracias. lol I would vote to work on the liquid component and serve it over cornbread. Yall ever try that? Have a bite of rice as a side. Or maybe rice pudding for dessert or something. There ya go.
