I'm enjoying the wait.....
This little sucker scared the crap out of me. This was literally about a foot away and I didn't even see him fly up. Sat there for a long time just watching me. He had a tag on his foot, anyone know what that's about? He sang later on after he flew up into the tree, I love the sound of Doves.
Meats at 105º and ready to sear.
Added some asparagus with EVOO and salt and pepper and spritzed with a little lime juice.
Dinner is ready!
Multi-grain bun with lots of horseradish.
Lots of onion on the sandwich! Vidalia would have been better, but all we had was red.
