First started out with some Scotch eggs and some ABT's stuffed with some sausage, shredded cheese, and cream cheese. Couldn't find my ABT rack and had to improvise with some bread pans and some wooden skewers.
ABTs and Scotch eggs done.
Next on the grill some loin chops stuffed with sausage, mushrooms, and Vidalia onions and wrapped in bacon. A couple of the chops were butterflied and wrapped in bacon for the picky eaters in the family.
Some mushrooms stuffed with sausage, shredded cheese and green onion
When the stuffing was warmed through I added a piece of blue cheese to each mushroom.

Some Cali veggies cooked in my favorite wok.

Wait, I had a little stuffing left over and decided to make a little white gravy to go over the top of the chop. Thanks for lookin, dinner was extra good tonight!!
