butter or margarine? I was raised on margarine for my bread, but I'll cook with butter, and sometimes margarine.

miracle whip or mayonnaise? I don't really like either, although I do keep some mayo around for Tuna Salad, devilled eggs, etc.

A-1 or other brand? A good steak has a nice dry rub applied to the outside. Those seasonings, and blood/juices from a medium steak are all I really need, but sometimes I do put a little A-1 on.

soy or teriyaki? I'll cook with soy, but don't like it as a condiment. I make my own Teriyaki.

Although I do prefer soy over teriyaky, especially pearl river dark mushroom soysauce which is some of the cheapest, best soysauce out there.

Used to be Miracle Whip, intil I read the ingredients! Now changed over to mayo!

soy or teriyaki? soy for a great stir-fry with baby shrimp, bamboo shoots, baby carrots/corn, water chestnuts, and long grain rice..... teriyaki, I would use to baste a beef kabob..... skewered chunks of sirloin with onion, gr pepper, zucchini.... maybe even chunks of kielbasa
