Pulled pork butt meal out of freezer - ideas?

ok you can see here for a quick summary of the lovely meal I made on fathers day. Marys Kitchen Adventures: Search results for pork

I threw a bunch of left over pork butt, fat and looks to me like one of the bones/fairly big one in a big zip lock and threw it into the freezer.

Any ideas on what I can do with it?

OOOOOOO make beans in the crock pot!!!! Serve it over rice!

There wasn't much because most of it was fat, but I did shred what I could get and mixed it with some bbq sauce and heated up. had sandwiches inside of heated corn tortilla's.
