Help me please, I am cooking my pumpkin cheesecakes for Thanksgiving dinner, I was not paying close enough attention, the reipe called for 1 cup of pumpkin, I add the whole can 15oz. I do not want to double the recipe, what can I do to make sure my cheesecake is not runny?

Try adding an extra egg and a couple of tablespoons of flour. There will be too much filling for the pan but you can cook the extra in a little oven proof bowl and serve it as pudding.

hmmmm, I just posted the same thing and now the post is gone. Maybe I didn't push the post button.
I always like to bake some extra batter in a small containers, and let the kids eat it tonight, so they don't have to wait until tomorrow to taste it!
