Picked up some of my butchers homemade Italian sausage stuffed with mozzarella and provolone cheese.
Have to be careful browning it as the cheese wants to run out.
Into a marinara sauce and simmer for a hour then into the refrigerator for a day or so.
Some ravioli and a salad go with it very nicely.
