REC- Fudge Pie

1 1/2C sugar
1/4C cocoa
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2C(1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
2tsp vanilla
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Preheat oven to 350F. Stir together sugar & cocoa in mixing bowl. Add eggs, butter, & vanilla; blend well. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake 25-30 minutes or until set*. Do not overbake. May be served warm. Makes one 9-inch pie.

Note: For a less sweet pie add only 1 1/4C sugar to recipe.

*I had to bake it closer to 45 minutes. I need to check my oven temp to make sure it's right. But other than that it came out perfect!
