Recommendation for a grain mill??

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that enjoys cooking.
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I have the PH Family Grain mill head and food processor which I use with a Kitchen Aid adapter. For our purposes (mostly tapioca and rice) the grain mill will not readily produce more than a few cups of relatively coarse flour but it's a convenient way of producing the tapioca 'flour' that is my preferred thickener for blueberry pie. It's my understanding that stone or ceramic mills do a better job.

Recommendation for a G. Mill

I'm interested in being able to produce my own flour(s). This is a single person household, and flours don't remain fresh any length of time, also the additional "benefit" of animal protein isn't wanted.
The prices, into the hundreds seems to be excessive just to produce a few cups of flour as needed.
As I live out in the county, and especially during winter months, power outages are common.
So, I'm seeking something practical that would grind whole wheat, Spelt, corn meal, and flax seed, maybe rice into flour.
I have a Blend-Ex.

Thanks,

Bob R
