Local grocery store had rib roasts on sale for $4.99lb so I picked up one close to 5lbs and cut it into steaks. I seasoned 2 with S&P and garlic and mine with salt, pepper, garlic, coffee, chili power and oregano. Grilled at 500* for two minutes per side and finished indirect. We also had baked potatoes and zuchini! Very good meal!!
