Try wrapping them with cheap bacon from stem to stern fastened with toothpicks and slow grilling on the charcoal or evil old gas grill sometime. Wowser..that about the only way I will eat sausage these days. Never seen that brand of casing but that is a real convenient size for us home hobbyist types.
