Shrimp, Scallops and Squid

Hi All,

While in the seafood area at the store I found a trio of frozen Shrimp, Scallops and Squid. They look flash frozen. No breading or anything. I'm wondering how to cook it. I originally thought of making a Scampi and serve it with Roasted Asparagus. Now I’m thinking that want to do something a bit more exciting. Anyone have an suggestions or recipes?
 
Warm seafood salad in Vinegret.
Frito Misto, with or without dipping sauce?
Malto Mario on food channel uses a lot of Mixed seafoods.

I was think'n seafood gumbo, but I have been in a major cajun mood lately.:)
 
I often buy a bag of mixed seafood at my local asian market. I just throw it in with ramen noodles. Add some hot sauce and sliced green onion. Tastes great
