The weather has finally turned wam here in L.A., after a cool spring and early summer.
So lunching in the shade of "a kind old tree" suddenly has great appeal.

Cheese, sausage, fruit (including vine ripened tomato and grapes, right off my vines), bread and wine combined to make a quick, easy, flavorful and nutritious lunch today.

Try something like it soon, it is a relaxing repast.

Just lovely old coot, can I be your date? With this summer heat, a light lunch like yours will just hit the spot.

How, then, do you do italics, bold, etc.? I tried, but the coding showed up unchanged. I'm not familiar with BBC.
