1 1/2 Cups sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp vanilla .
Frost with (if want)
1-8oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup butter,
2 lbs powdered sugar (boxes)
1 tsp.vanilla
Makes about 4 doz.
Cream sugar, butter, add eggs, sour cream
Add dry ingred. mixing well , add vanilla
Chill dough well, will be a little sticky, I let mine chill overnight. wouldn't have too though
Drop by Tbls. (I use 1" cookie scoop) on to ungreased cookie sheet- (I like parchment paper). 2" inches apart. Bake 375' 10-12 mins. Bottoms will be light golden brown, soft cookie.
