Split a chicken, possibly my favorite way to cook a whole chicken, and slow Q'd it to perfection. I used Knox's new salt free Barabicu dry rub spice blend.
We grilled some pineapple and stuffed mushrooms for good measure and some mashed sweet potatoes on the side.
