witt said to introduce myself to the board so here goes. I'll keep it short.
Turned 51 in OCT. Been cooking since I was 12 or so. I live in LA, no not the one in CA, I don't remember writing anything down for recipes, If it's in the cabinet I'll cook it. If it's not I'll send the wife to get it.
Here is tonights dinner. Stuffed chicken breast that I beat the hell out of and added jalapenos, pepper jack cheese, and spinach. The other has blue cheese, spinach, and bacon(already cooked) and also some bacon wrapped asparagus.
All of it done at 325 up high away from the heat.
Who knows what tomorrow will bring.
