Man I love when its harvest time…We just got back from the Farmers market and the food terminal….½ bushel of peaches to be made into peach jam, and pickled peaches, a big thing of blueberrys to be made into blueberry jam, 30lbs of sugar for those projects. A couple of bunches of fresh collard greens. Some homegrown peppers, japs, green, and Hungarian hot to be made into ABTs and AETs……and 15lbs of Bacon……
