Sun dried tomato vinaigrette?

Besides salad what can I use it for? Would it make a good marinade for chicken or pork chops? Any recipes or ideas?

My daughter in law bought 3 bottles and it turns out she doesnt like it so she gave them to me.

You could try it as a marinade. If you like the taste of the dressing, you'll probably like it as a marinade.

I would use it to roast some veggies. Toss some red, orange, green peppers, onions, yams wedges, whole garlic cloves, potato wedges, or anything else you wish, and roast at 400 until done to your lilking......

oooh I bet it would be good on top of scrambled eggs. Or as part of the cooking liquid for Israeli couscous (which I am addicted to, btw) or rice!
