Sweet potato chips

I love making these delicious and tasty sweet potato chips in the oven as a snack. i slice the potatoes thin and just drizzle on some olive oil, salt, and pepper. once they are crispy i take them out and pour maple syrup on top.

Do you bake them in a hightemp.oven or a convection oven? They sound good.
