The inlaws did the turkey in the oven. Came out pretty close to talc in dryness. Fortunately MIL is a master at dressing!!

I brought the brisket

And dug out a vintage late September pork butt.

Added to it some cranberry apple casarole,sweet potato crisp, and a pecan caramel cheese cake

There was lots of turkey left!!

I had a dry turkey once and got laughed at, then I was introduced to Frying the turkey, I'll never bake a turkey again!!
