My Chaney gets plenty of air by just unscrewing the 2" cap at the bottom when I need some extra heat. With the cap out, it adds about 25 degrees to the chamber. I usually don't have a problem getting chamber temps between 300 to 375 degrees with the drum closed and the cap in.bbquzz said:I'm thinking of doing those Weber vent on the Chaney, I actually have some I ordered for another project ... What do you think?
