I was out at the cook off going on in Jonesboro this morning around 11:00 . I felt out of place because I was the only spectator walking around. Everyone was down to business. People were still setting up, preparing whole hog. Some were already foiling ribs. There was a lot going on. My wife called around 6:pm and said the ASU campus was packed.
Then around 7:00 the bottom fell out. Weather turned real bad. Hard rain for an hour. High wind. Temps dropped. Tornado watch. It is still blowing like mad outside.
How do you prepare for that when cooking in comps ?
