i bought some truffles. they weren't in a jar, they were by the 'shrooms, packaged in a container reminiscent of an alfalfa sprout container & there was a layer of rice beneath them. well, they got shriveled & puckered. other than me pouring some oil over them for an essence of truffle oil or pulverizing them for a compound-butter, is there another use? or should i get some other ones instead? thanks.
