If you were thinking that YOU might like to try it too, don't bother. IMO the recipe needed too much tweaking to make it flavorful, so I pitched the magazine clipping. What is left of the soup (I should have made a half-recipe...) will be salvaged with a very, very liberal application of grated Parm. And maybe a side of Bourbon....Anyway, I might try this recipe I saw in the April issue of Better Homes & Gardens: Spring Minestrone...
