I would say that you want the lettuce to "frame" the meat..looks pretty good to me otherwise.

I don't compete, and some people have pummeled me for offering my *honest* opinions... but here they are, and they're meant with the best intentions...
But yeah....I think the chicken was too big, and a lil dark.
A tad too much puddling of the sauce on the brisket and the slices looked a little thick (#2 pencil width is what I try to shoot for), and needed to be framed a little better.
Pork looks ok, but would like to see it more uniform, and better framing with lettuce.
That being said...I don't know anything...like some of the people have said.
