No, a peanut butter cup!
i am baking a cookie tomorrow that uses the mini unwrapped peanut butter cup. the cookie itself has peanut butter in it. cups go on just as you pull from the oven. sounds yummy to me.

It is even better using the chocolate chip dough (IMHO). I have also made really big ones with the regular sized cupcake pans. two scoops of cookie dough, and a snack sized peanut butter cup. For both sizes, it is fun to drizzle dark and white chocolate over the top to make them look fancy!i am baking a cookie tomorrow that uses the mini unwrapped peanut butter cup. the cookie itself has peanut butter in it. cups go on just as you pull from the oven. sounds yummy to me.

I thought ginger was good for just about anything.

Oh my. Princess, I may have to send you some gingerbread men after January! You are one strong woman!
