Probably a lot cheaper than replacing the toilet...You probably already know this, but it is likely the nylon worm gear and should be fairly easy and cheap to fix. There are youtube videos on how to do it.

I stand corrected. For some reason, the broken toilet incident sticks in my mind.
Lovely! Can you share the recipe or approximate what you did? I'm thinking pattypan squash, swiss chard (or kale) and jarlsberg...
Oh, and I can freeze it!!!! I am definitely giving this a try next weekend with pattypan and Swiss Chard. I will also give it a whirl when the pumpkin is ready. Thanks!Hi! I got the recipe from here:

I love this website, everything I cook from here turns out perfectly!
Andy did get the mixer fixed.
During the discussion, if I remember, we decided he abused the mixer by mixing the bagel dough on too high a speed and it caused premature wear on the nylon gear (after 10 years).
The toilet incident is, of course, more funny than the worn gear.
Here are the twin beautiesI just took 2 chocolate pound cakes out of the oven.
Thank youWow, they look lovely MM
