Tovala meals, same ones. Thai green curry with shrimp and a lime, cilantro, mint sauce, with bell pepper and onion rice. I added some InnovAsian pork potstickers to fill Craig up.
BBQ Baby Back Ribs...yummy! Sous vide and then finished on the gas grill. Served with Alabama White BBQ Sauce and Tangy Carolina BBQ Sauce, plus airfryer baked taters and black-eyed peas. Quite a nice meal!
I stuck some merguez sausage on a baking tray and stuck it in the toaster oven with some stuffed, baked potatoes for twice baked potatoes. I served those with of a salad of Boston lettuce, mustard greens, upland cress, carrots, scallions, and corn kernels with my batch vinaigrette.
