Munky Badger? Please explain. Is that anythink like a honey badger?

I'm going to try making Tyler Florence's Sausage with Apples and Cabbage. It just feels like an apple and cabbage day.

It was a success! I've never had this dish before, Florence wrote it's a classic French bistro dish. It's very French, very buttery.
I think this is going into the regular rotation.

Nice looking dinner, Smokey. Sme with the professional-looking plating.

We had salads (with carrots, celery, black and stuffed green olives, and tomato) and bucatini with mushroom Alfredo sauce. Cheated on the sauce - used my jar from Aldi, and rinsed every bit out with some dry Sherry.

We ran into traffic around Washington, DC...

We've traveled that corridor almost every trip down to FL since we moved to MA. I think the only way to not run into traffic is to avoid it entirely. *sigh*

Yum, that looks delicious, Smoke. I'll have to look that one up for a future attempt. We still have so many apples from when we went picking in late September.
