Fresh Boneless Pork Loin, Country Style Ribs (marinated with house blend rub and basted with Sweet Baby Ray BBQ sauce), doctored baked beans, potato salad and steamed corn on the cob.

SO came home today from her nursing duties in FL. I made her favorite dish-Stuffed flank steak and baked potato.

DH has had a toothache since last night :(
On deck was Chef Salad but now, dunno *shrug*
All he's had to eat has been some cut up Cantaloupe,
maybe I'll just have a deluxe Baker ... I have a half serving of
Zippy's Chili leftover and neighbor-two-doors-over just
gifted me lbs. of Russets :idea:
 
I have been running out of spoons really fast since I got my first Covid vaccine shot a week ago. I didn't even have the spoons to make something simple, so we ordered Lebanese food. I got a falafel platter and DH got some stuff wrapped in pitas. I was more in the mood for something in a pita, but they only have white flour pita and I really prefer whole wheat pita.
