We're having a little potluck breakfast this morning for work since it is our last day before Thanksgiving vacation. (Gotta love working for a school district!) I figured some fatties and biscuits would be a nice touch. Smoked one sage and one regular rubbed in Yardbird and smoked with hickory chips. I went light on the smoke since I'm not sure how smokey my co-workers like their food. Let's see how long they last. I'm getting dangerously low on Yardbird Rub don't you think?
