Hi guys, I cooked this chicken yesterday along with one other on my split drum grill. It was rubbed with Ritter's Sweet Peach and grilled indirect until an internal temperature of about 140 degrees. I then placed it in a pan and poured a liberal amount of Suckle Busters Spicy Peach BBQ Sauce over it and continued cooking it indirect until an internal temperature of 168 degrees.
This is one our favorite chicken recipes. We ate the other chicken I had on the grill last night that was seasoned with Ritter's Sweet Apple rub and planned to save this one for today. The problem was that I forgot to put the Sweet Peach chicken in the fridge before I went to bed. I woke up at about two in the morning and remembered the tray was still sitting on the counter. It came off the grill about 7:00 P.M. so it was left out about seven hours before it got back in the fridge. So, my question is. . . Would you eat this?
